Things people ask before signing up
Do I have to commit to a minimum term?
Plans are valid for 12 months, after which they continue on a rolling monthly basis. We ask for 30 days notice if you'd like to change or cancel.
What if I'm not sure which plan I need?
That's exactly what the free intro call is for. We'll look at your situation and recommend the right option, and if your needs change, we can move you between plans.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any point. We'll adjust from the next billing date with no penalties or admin fees.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee. Onboarding, including AML checks, software setup, and portal access, is included in your first month's subscription.
How do I pay?
We collect fees monthly via direct debit through Adfin. You'll receive a notification before each payment is taken.
What if I need something not included in my plan?
Ad hoc and one-off work is available outside of your subscription. See our Additional Services page for fixed-fee options, or get in touch and we'll quote for anything specific.
